In this ever-changing world, familiar faces bring us comfort. The faces you see all the time, that make up the fabric of our city and – especially now – are championing our businesses every day. Over the past couple of weeks, our City Host Luka has been chatting with Chester’s familiar faces, asking them four simple questions. This one is special. This year marks 25 years of The Scented Garden on our Chester high street. Maybe now more than ever is it important for us to take care of ourselves, whether it’s a massage, nails, or a chat and a giggle with the team!
– How long have you worked in Chester?
Since 18th November 1995! 25 Years!
– What is your favourite plate from which restaurant in Chester?
Piccolino Chester, they have fab service and because I’m a creature of comfort, I’d have the Lasagna with a green salad! And for a special occasion, I’d have the Lamb from Chez Jules!
– What is your favourite retail shop, where could you spend all your money?!
Wild Floral Design! I love their displays. You can never have too many flowers! If I had a lot of money, Boodles because I love sparkle. And of course, my own The Scented Garden Retreat, because If I don’t like the products myself, what’s the point?!
– If you were a Chester Ghost, where would you haunt?
The department that deals with parking tickets (hahaha!), and The Chester Grosvenor, for celebrity gossip!
