Husband and wife team Duncan & Samantha McGregor have announced they will be launching their soft American cookie range in their Dipp’d Cookies & Donuts store on Frodsham street in Chester.
On Friday 19th July at 10am they will be giving away a free gold card to the first 10 customers worth over £100, with the next 100 customers receiving a trio of their new mini cookies alongside other spot gifts throughout the day.
The store is the second to open after launching in Shrewsbury in June, and has already gained a large following on social media after being featured in a video visit by internet celebrities Jay Swingler & Chloé Constance who raved about the cookies.
Owner Duncan McGregor said “ The response to our unique soft sugar cookies has been amazing with people travelling hours to come and try them out. We’ve been working on a catalogue of new flavours and tweaking the recipe constantly since launch to make sure we make the best cookies in the UK.
We always wanted to have a range of regularly revolving cookie flavours and this week is no different with brand new flavours launching including Banana sundae, a Kinder inspired sugar cookie, Raspberry white chocolate and birthday cake join the classic chocolate chip and double chocolate chip cookie line up.”
The couple knew the bigger cookies would always be a hit but have catered for special events like birthday showers and birthdays with their mini cookie range in baby blue, pink and birthday cake flavours.
The cookies are large on average at 13cm round and they are made for sharing and perfect for dipping or dunking! Co-owner Samantha McGregor said “We are planning to release a number of home made dips after the weekend with a rich white chocolate sauce, flavoured buttercreams and of course classics like Biscoff, Hazelnut and Caramel. ”
Over the next 6 months the couple said there are plans to offer vegan and gluten free cookie options.
