Julie Webb, Grosvenor Shopping Centre manager, said: “We are very excited to be taking part in the Chester Comedy Festival this year and are looking forward to welcoming visitors into the shopping centre for an afternoon of comedy.”

Emily Ghazarian of Chester BID said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing Chester Comedy Festival back to the city to bring joy and fun to our high street. Our work as a Business Improvement District (BID) is to drive people into the city centre and support the local economy, so initiatives such as this are crucial.

This free family event at the Grosvenor Shopping Centre means people of all ages can access live comedy in the city. All festival event prices have been kept deliberately low to make sure as many people as possible can join in and come back together for fun times.”
