-How long have you worked in Chester?
10 years nearly!
-What is your favourite plate from which restaurant in Chester?
A lady who used to work here has a stall in the market now, Pastry Pédaleur, I love the Cruffins!
-What is your favourite retail shop, where could you spend all your money?!
Flannels Fashion probably! And Crichton Bespoke too!
-If you were a Chester Ghost, where would you haunt?
I’d have to haunt the hotel, to get my own back on some of the staff!
