In this latest blog for our Love Local series, where we meet the individuals behind the independents, we have a real treat for all you foodies in Chester! We visited Dave Roach, Owner and ‘Sandwich-Maker Extraordinaire’, at his cute little cafe, tucked away down the city’s ‘romantic heart’ Godstall Lane. We have to come clean though, the sandwich we were very kindly given, and lovingly prepared by Dave, was probably the tastiest sandwich we’ve ever had not just in Chester, but maybe the world!
