Next stop on our Love Local tour of Chester, where we meet the individuals behind the independents is Cinderbox Coffee, located rather cosily on Bridge Street. There we sat down in a comfy chair, were given another lush latte (they’re really starting to stack up now but we’re not complaining!) and chatted with staff supervisor, Max Taylor, at the friendly coffee shop.
