INAUGURAL TOGETHER NORTHERN PROPERTY RACE DAY IS AN UNQUALIFIED SUCCESS – SECURE YOUR PLACES NOW FOR 2020

The region’s property industry turned out in force to help the inaugural Together Northern Property Race Day at Chester Racecourse exceed all expectations. The over-subscribed event took place at Chester’s Together Ladies & Gents Evening fixture on the evening of Friday 12 July.

So successful was the event, Chester Racecourse has already announced that next year’s event will take place on the evening of Friday July 10 – with tickets available to secure now!
The 2020 Northern Property Race Day is expected to be even more substantial than this year and tickets are now available from Chester Racecourse at only £215+VAT per person. The package price includes a three-course dinner, complimentary drinks package and fizz on arrival.

Chester Racecourse Chief Executive, Richard Thomas, said: “Arguably our biggest corporate audience at Chester race days over the years has been the northern property community, but this was the first time we had hosted them all under one roof at their own dedicated event.

“It was a terrific evening of racing, networking and meeting old friends and the feedback we’ve had from the industry has been absolutely phenomenal. Around 300 property industry professionals attended and, as a result, we’ve already decided on the date for next year’s event – Friday 10 July.

“We expect the event in 2020 to be bigger and better than ever and, as such, demand for tickets is likely be strong. We’d suggest getting your tickets as soon as possible to make sure you don’t miss out.”

Chester Racecourse’s inaugural Northern Property Race Day sold out after a huge response to the region’s hottest summer ticket from the property industry. Finance giant Together secured the title sponsorship of the event, widely expected to become the annual summer social for the region’s property industry.

The event, also in partnership with Knights plc, Amber Energy, Downtown Liverpool in Business and Manchester-based communications agency Roland Dransfield, has been created to celebrate the continuing growth of the property sector in the region – particularly in Manchester, Liverpool, Chester and Cheshire.

It was attended by the real estate sector’s biggest developers, contractors, architects, design, professional services and finance companies, including Renaker, OBI, CBRE, Knights PLC, Allied London, Knight Frank, Mainstay, Shoosmiths, Relentless, Genr8, Capital Centric, L&G, AVIVA, Muse, Urban Splash and many others.

Profits from the evening’s Silent Auction were matched by Chester Race Company and the two charity beneficiaries on the night, Share and Tackle4MCR, each received a donation of £3,000 towards their respective causes.
