Blue Badge Guide Parking
Blue Badge holders can park on yellow lines for up to three hours. There are also designated bays throughout the borough with no time restriction for badge holders such as the on street bays in Hamilton Place. Individuals are advised to please check the signs as there may be restrictions.
At pay and display car parks blue badge holders can park in any of our pay and display car park for up to four hours without charge. There are two car parks dedicated to Blue Badge holders in Chester:
Frodsham Street, Chester, CH1 3JJ
Hamilton Place, Chester, CH1 2BG
Badge holders who are Cheshire West residents and who have a microchipped blue badge can park in any of our pay-on-exit car parks for up to four hours without charge (except Delamere Street, Chester), this includes the New Market Car park in Chester.
Please note the chip will expire at the same time as your badge. If you renew your badge you will need to reapply. Pay on exit car parks and microchips ban be applied for online at the link below:
