Join us at Santa’s Enchanted Grotto for a Christmas Tale like no other, through fairytales and storybooks, from 22nd November until Christmas Eve.
This year, Santa’s Enchanted Grotto brings the magic of beloved fairytales to life in The Grosvenor Shopping Centre! Step into a world where storybooks open up around you and adventure awaits at every turn. Guided by jolly enchanted elves, families will embark on a whimsical journey through the realms of classic fairytales, meeting iconic characters who will be sprinkling a little extra magic along the way.
The last chapter in this Christmas Tale finishes with a heartwarming visit to Santa himself, where children will receive a special gift and leave with memories to cherish “happily ever after.”
Booking in advance is recommended for this experience to avoid ay disappointment due to its huge popularity. The experience has sold out every year prior to opening.

Santas Enchanted Grotto is located on St. Michael’s Row inside The Grosvenor Shopping Centre.
Important Information
• A park for prams is on the ground floor at the main entrance on St. Michael’s Row.
• The main event is on the first floor via a staircase. Please note there is no lift.
• A pre-bookable accessible entrance is available to those who require it (e.g. wheelchair users, mobility scooters, etc).

Santa’s Enchanted Grotto has been commissioned by Chester BID as a bespoke event for the city centre working with local makers and creatives to make it a truly unique experience.
