This year Santa’s Enchanted Grotto will be located in the former Disney Store inside the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, Chester.
School bookings
School group bookings will receive a 10% discount when booking.

Santa’s Enchanted Grotto will be open from Friday 24th November from 10am and will run until Christmas Eve, at 3pm.Each experience will last between 25-30 minutes and each child will receive a gift from Santa to go home with. SEN and autism sessions will be run on December 1st, 2nd, 9th, 18th and 20th, from 10am-11am.

Chester BID is proud to announce the Charity Partner for 2023’s Santa’s Enchanted Grotto is once again, Platform For Life, a Chester based charity which offers local counselling and play therapy for families who would not otherwise be be able to afford it.
Santa’s Enchanted Grotto has been commissioned by Chester BID as a bespoke event for the city centre working with local makers and creatives to make it a truly unique experience. Chester BID is a non-profit organisation funded by the wonderful business of Chester City Centre to create an enticing overall visitor experience and ensure continued investment in the high street. The aim of the organisation is to make Chester a retail, business and leisure destination of choice where people are proud to live, work and visit. Learn more about Chester BID here.
