Ruby Lyle, general manager of 200 Degrees Chester, said: “I started working for 200 Degrees at the Carrington Street shop in Nottingham eight years ago, and worked my way up to general manager there.

“Although I grew up in Nottingham, my family are all based in the Wirral, so it was personally very exciting for me when our CEO Rob Darby rang me to tell me they were opening a shop in Chester.

“Being offered the GM role here has allowed me to move closer to my family and keep working with the people I love at 200 Degrees, and I’m buzzing to be leading a great new team in this beautiful city.”

The new Chester shop will be open 8am – 6.30pm Monday to Saturday and 9am – 6pm Sunday.
