After starting as a Heritage Art Studio in North Wales, the team moved to Chester after falling in love with their current home, which dates back to the 13th Century on Bridge Street. Today, The Arthouse is a not-for-profit independent creative house run by a team of designers and creatives.
Everything they do derives from their creative core, from the food, coffee and cocktails, to their workshops, classes and community work, all with the same end focus to continue to thrive in being as creative as possible.
At The Arthouse, everyone is welcome. Whether you’re an Artist, a coffee lover, or someone looking to explore new creative horizons, there’s a space for you!
Once you’re in, you will also discover ‘The Crypt’. This is a unique event space used for their workshops and events, from Life Drawing to Book Club, Yoga Brunch, Private Dining and more.
