Chester’s Haunted Hotel “THE DEE” needs new staff and invites YOU to their recruitment days for a tour of the hotel… if you dare! The DEE only hires the most evil and terrifying people, so dress to impress… we mean fake blood, we mean vampire teeth, we mean full on halloween!

You will wander around the spooky hotel in small groups at a time, where you will experience eerie effects.

This event is solely for 18 years and above on the 30th and 31st. You may be required to provide your ID on entry. If you are looking to book for UNDER 18 year olds please click here. Please ensure you’re booking onto the age-appropriate booking.

The location of the event will be inside the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, head towards the middle of the Shopping Centre where your haunting awaits.

Chester’s Haunted Hotel “The Dee” is brought to you by Chester BID and the team that brings you ‘Santa’s Enchanted Grotto, Chester’. After placing your booking, Chester BID would also like to offer you the chance to purchase your tickets to this years Santa’s Enchanted Grotto before they go on general release, you will receive this via you email confirmation.

Please beware that you may experience audio & visual disturbances, low visibility, flashing/strobe lights, fog, special effects, loud noises, moving props, and sudden actions from our characters. While every effort is made to ensure your safety, you should not participate if you are pregnant, prone to seizures, have heart, back, or respiratory problems or other medical, physical or mental conditions which could ultimately prohibit you from participating safely.

You will be not permitted entry if you are intoxicated, or under the influence of illegal drugs or heavy medications. Smoking, running, eating or drinking will not be permitted in the attraction.
