Trick Or Treat Trail Returns To Chester For Half Term

Families are encouraged to take part in the ‘spooktacular’ event

Forty Chester businesses are helping families get in the spooky spirit over the next week with the return of their Halloween Trail.

Running from Saturday, October 22, to Tuesday, November 1st, children are invited to search out spooky symbols on a trail form created by Chester BID and match them to the store, where they will be handed a sweet treat.

Families are asked to find just 10 or more before handing the form back to the Visitor Information Centre, to be in with a chance of winning a £50 Chester Gift Card.

Forms can be picked up from the Visitor Information Centre at the Town Hall or downloaded online and whilst on the trail, Halloween dress is encouraged for both little ones and adults alike. It is free to take part.

Luka Morrell, Business Engagement Officer for Chester BID who is behind the ‘fangtastic’ event said: “Our Halloween Trail has been one of our most popular seasonal events and we are so pleased to see it return in 2022 in ‘ghoulish’ form for October Half Term!

“Not only is the trail a great way to explore the city, but it is a chance for families to visit retailers and outlets they may have never come across before. Best of all it’s free! We can’t wait to welcome you for the biggest trick-or-treat the city has ever seen.”
